[Those in the Rocket Base are sure to hear some... interesting sounds. Sounds of fists pounding, and of some guy... roaring? Yes, roaring. Seems one of the new recruits is a bit of an oddball.

And it won't be long until Bowser bursts into the hall, fists clenched, his lips pulled back to reveal some gigantic, pointed teeth... highly unnatural for a human. Behind him toddles a Turtwig, who rolls her eyes as she trails behind him. Why did she have to get stuck with a crazy one?]

Graaaah! When I get my hands on the one who did this to me, I'll smash 'em into the ground and take back what's rightfully mine! That Star Rod's gotta be around here somewhere...

[Somebody may want to intervene. This guy's packing a lot of muscle and some pretty huge fists, after all.]

[Later, once he figures out how to use the PokéGear, expect a shot of one very angry man... and also, teeth. Seriously, what's with this dude?]

Listen up, because I'm only gonna say this once! If you're the chump who placed this blasted curse on me, you better step forward now, or you'll be facing the full fury of the Koopa Troop! And as their King, nobody's allowed to make a mockery of me, you hear that?!

It was a gutsy move dragging me outta my castle and separating me from the Star Rod. The fact that you turned me into a fleshy mammal would almost impress me, if it weren't so infuriating! So, if you're smart, you'll step forward, beg for my mercy, and change me back! If not...

[He chuckles.]

When you hawe feelin's like that for someone you don't want to actually kill them, you just hawe an intense riwalry with them. You want to ruin their days and make them acknowledge you as the superior person and make sure eweryone around you knows it too.

Then after you still want to sort of make out with them.

[The Turtwig just rolls her eyes and snaps her jaws again. Bowser, on the other hand, scratches his head.]

Why do you keep talking to her like that?

[Okay, Eridan. You had him for that first part, but once he reaches the bit about making out, Bowser's eyes widen in absolute horror.

Cough, sputter. That's... definitely not E-rated material right there, no sir!]

M-Make out?! Why the heck would I wanna do something like that?!

Yeah, it'll be great! I mean, it's not a Koopa, but you've got to use what you can since I'm pretty sure there aren't any Koopas here.

[...Though that would make for an interesting Pokémon...]

It's really tough to raise on its own, so what I did was send it out into battle with my other starter! My other one could do more damage, so I just let the fish get experience while not actually doing anything. It worked like a charm! Just get it to level 20 and it'll turn into one of these beautiful beings!

Egg powers...

[PFFFFFT. What kinda lame ability is that? Now is this kid some kinda Yoshi?]

Oh yes, because that's so intimidating. And I doubt your monsters are any better!

I absolutely love Pokemon... and all animals! They're all wonderful.

[Hiss, snap, hiss! Don't talk to her like she's a soft, huggable Clefairy! And love is stupid!

Bowser gives a slow look to his Turtwig, then back to the camera.]

She's... a very strong willed one. I think you two might get along very well, actually...

But can that fish really get stronger from doing nothing? Wouldn't it be easier to just smack it against to knock 'em out?

Oh really? That's great! Now you just need to train an army of them!

You'd think that would be the best way to do it, right? But that can cause the fish to faint, and fainted Pokémon don't get any experience points, so they won't level up. Basically, you have to be pretty nice to the fish if you want it to evolve. I mean, I wouldn't suggest being mean to something that could easily eat you, but these things do tend to be easier to raise if you're nice to them.

Once I figure out where to find them, I plan on it! Anything remotely Koopa-like is a welcome addition to my army. The same goes for Goombas, Shy Guys, and Bloopers.

[Among other things. But yes, no Mario Brothers is a plus.]

...Well, if it gets him stronger, I guess I can't complain. Maybe then he'll be able to do more than splash around and look stupid.

I'd hope so! I'm not about to take insubordination from one of my underlings.

The eggs I use get really big, probably about as big as you. I can do a lot of stuff with them. Like smashing things.

[It isn't like Yoshi haven't been a pain in Bowser's butt.]

I have a bunch of tough pokemon! Some of them look yummy though.

Probably not. But you know, now that I think about it...there's a very slim chance that it might turn up here one day. Last Christmas we each received one thing from back home. It hasn't happened again since then, but you never know.
