Longing for more power on his team, he caught this pesky tapir after a little help from Lockjaw and Shell Smasher and has christened him Snorceror... because he looks like a magical type and puts people to sleep, okay.
While less than impressed with his name, Snoreceror is a quiet and humble minion who takes his trainer's orders with grace all while nudging him in the right direction, should he do something unbearably stupid. He's quite pleased to have joined the ranks of a Team Rocket member.
